Mainstream’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and Substance Abuse Case Management Services
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP Program focuses on continued recovery, while providing evidence-based treatment. This program is 5 days a week from 10am-3pm. This program is currently only available at our Roanoke location. Supplemental services are available, such as outpatient counseling, mental health skill building, and substance abuse case management. Step-down program options are available.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP Program focuses on recovery, in a less restrictive environment, with flexible options to ensure recovery is key, while promoting and supporting personal growth and success. This program is offered at 3 or 4 days a week, for 3 hours each day. This program is offered at our Roanoke location, Dublin location, and Blairs (Danville) location. Supplemental services are also available for this program.
Substance Abuse Case Management
Our comprehensive substance abuse case management service focuses on recovery, while ensuring support to community resources, and wrap-around-care. This service is available as a stand-alone service or can be provided in tandem with our other substance abuse programs. Our substance abuse services are solely available for adults at this time.
