I believe that real healing happens through compassion, honesty, and genuine connection. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is caring, down-to-earth, and full of encouragement—I’m here to help you face life’s challenges while discovering new ways to grow and heal.
My background spans a wide range of experiences, including inpatient psychiatric treatment, crisis stabilization programs, substance abuse intensive outpatient (IOP), and traditional outpatient counseling. I’ve worked alongside first responders as part of a Crisis Intervention Team and have experience with EAP, law enforcement, and other helping professionals.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages—from children and teens to adults and older adults—and have a special heart for vulnerable populations such as the children, elderly, individuals living with disabilities, and those experiencing trauma, grief, or major life transitions. I help clients identify and change unhelpful coping strategies while building resilience and confidence in their ability to handle hard emotions and experiences. My goal is to help every person feel seen, valued, and capable of creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
