Crisis Stabilization Services

• Bridges to Hope provides temporary community stabilization and Mobile Crisis to ensure the safety of the individual and others.
• Provide support and training services to assist the individual and supports to remain in the community and receive the least restrictive treatment possible.
• Assist participants in reaching baseline functioning.
• Provide training and support in identifying risk factors related to decompensation. 
• Enhance and increase natural supports along with identifying providers to meet treatment needs.
